– Bachelor degree in human resource management or equivalent
– Experience in human resources or related felds
– Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with coworkers
– Experience in educating and training staff
– Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes and inestigations in the workplace
– Experience in following and maintaining the privacy of the workplace
– Ability to give presentations
– Knowledge of relevant health and safety laws
– Experience using computers for various tasks
– Competence in Microsoft applications including Word, Exel and Outlook
– Willing to be place in Boyolali or Yogyakarta
